Francisco Fleurimond

Biography

Francisco Fleurimond is an urban contemporary artist whose vibrant realism and distinctive use of texture have captured the attention of collectors worldwide. Born on October 25, 1994, in New York City, he moved to the Pocono Mountains at age eleven, giving him a unique perspective on both urban and rural life. The self-taught artist began by drawing anime characters in his youth before progressing to realism, driven by his fascination with human experience and the way everyone simultaneously lives out their own unique story.
Fleurimond’s creative process is refreshingly spontaneous. He starts with an initial thought and allows each painting to dictate its own direction. His work features bold colors, striking patterns, and faces that examine human form, but texture remains his signature element. He believes art should be touched to experience it fully with multiple senses, inviting viewers to engage beyond the visual.
Although still early in his career, Fleurimond has already made impressive strides, exhibiting at major shows including the Red Dot/Spectrum show at Art Basel Miami, New York Art Expo, and Miami Swim Week. His mission centers on building connections through art, creating authentic ways to bring people from diverse backgrounds together. He’s represented by Park West Gallery, where his stunning works continue to attract collectors who appreciate his vibrant approach to human connection.
